PhD studentship (tuition fee-waiver): Exploration of the implicit and explicit processes involved in identity change in recovery from alcohol addiction
Applications are invited for a full-time three-year PhD studentship at London South Bank University, to begin as soon as possible.
We are looking for applications from PhD candidates with a strong interest in addiction or health psychology to conduct an exciting programme of research on identity change in recovery from alcohol addiction, supervised by Dr Eleni Vangeli, Dr Daniel Frings and Prof Ian Albery. The successful PhD candidate will comprehensively examine identity transition processes over time via novel combination of in-depth qualitative methods, implicit and explicit identity measures, as well as implicit association tests.
